Heart of a Child presents an enviornment of learning and play with the fundamental belief that each child must feel belonging, competance and opportunity to express themselves as vital to their development of self.

Our goal is to provide a quality preschool program that includes consistant relationships and age appropriate activities, and lets children explore learning that is both self guided and supported by the teachers and groups of peers.

In support of these goals, Heart of a Child is committed to providing interesting, meaningful and enjoyable experiences in socialization, the arts, motor skill development, practical life, dramatic play and cognitive development with emphasis on personal connectiveness to the natural world
